NASA finds water flowing on Mars

An image combining the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) imagery with 3-D modeling shows flows of water that appear in spring and summer on a slope inside Mars’ Newton crater. By the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) camera on NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, the source observation was made on May 30, 2011.
