Post-Earthquake Christchurch Aerial View

At the request of the NZ Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Management (MCDEM), the imagery was flown, processed and supplied by NZ Aerial Mapping Ltd. The aircraft used was a Rockwell Commander 690 with a Vexcel UltraCam Xp mounted in it flying at 5,500 feet.

Koordinates has created a Google Map that lets you view the aerial imagery from NZ Aerial Mapping Ltd where you are able to find locations using the underlying map tiles and zoom in on the new aerial imagery.
