Folic Acid intake shows no significant effect on Cardiovascular Health

A meta-analysis study undertaken by Robert Clarke and his colleagues shows that Vitamin B intakes shows no significant effect on Cardiovascular health.

The author writes,”Dietary supplementation with folic acid to lower homocysteine levels had no significant effects within 5 years on cardiovascular events or on overall cancer or mortality in the populations studied.”
