Does Commuting By Car Make You Fat?

Transportation is a health issue. Many people spend most of their time behind desks or driving to and from work. Looking at trends of large cities that allow for more walking, biking, and commuting via public transportation, the data on how people get to work in various states and states’ obesity rates were compared.

The report, F as in Fat, found car-dependent states have higher obesity rates.
