In Indonesia health maps help prevent disease


A two-year research project by Charles Darwin University Senior Research Fellow Dr. Bronwyn Myers is helping the East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) local health department to improve the delivery and allocation of health services. Through using GIS, the local clinical officers can plan the distribution of health resources to target areas in need due to the potential outbreaks of disease.
