UMass aids wildlife through Critical Links program

Three University of Massachusetts researchers have created a project called Critical Links to reconnect the intricate transportation routes of wildlife that are critical to their health and survival. By using digital maps, aerial photography, and first hand observations, it aims to improve the underground and above ground transportation routes for wildlife and address the various ways in which climate could change the wildlife’s habitat.
