Measuring Traffic Pollution

In Spain, there is a team of investigators developing technology to keep a virtual eye on pollution levels generated by traffic jams. The study is at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) where they are using remote sensing (RS) capabilities to find out how pollutant emissions vary over time.
